At Mongoose Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
